Multi-Peril Dates & Information

Our Multi-Peril Crop Insurance Program is serviced by 
Fitzsimmons Insurance Agency of Cunningham, Kansas. The 
Fitzsimmons Agency only sells and services multi-peril policies - 
they specialize in crop insurance. By insuring through our agency 
and using the service center, our customers benefit:

1. All acreage and production reports are automatically mailed to our 
customers in a timely manner.

2. Our customers have the option of mailing completed reports directly 
to the service center, or to us.

3. If our customers have questions concerning completion of their 
reports, they can either call the service center or us.

4. If our customers want to set down face to face to fill out a report, 
they can always stop by our agency and we'll be glad to help.

5. If a customer forgets to get his report completed and sent in, our 
service center will call him, or at the very least contact us, and we'll 
take it from there.

6. Once the service center enters our customer's information, 
we have immediate access through the internet.

7. When customers stop in or call from FSA offices or call from 
banks needing crop information on forms they've filled out, or copies 
of their policies, we now simply pull their information up on the internet 
and print the necessary forms. This has been a real time saver for both 
the customer and us. Gone are the days of stopping by the agency, 
asking for a form, and waiting an hour for the agent to dig through papers. 

Important Dates           

For Pawnee, Rush, Edwards, Hodgeman, Barton, Trego, 
Russell, Lane, Stafford & Ness Counties. Always check with your
agent to make sure these dates still apply!
